Shipping

 

Dispatch takes usually between 1-3 business days. Dispatch is when a product is ready and is picked up by our delivery partner. Delivery takes between 5-14 business days depending on location and it is subject to change due to weather and other uncontrollable events.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your processed purchases will be shipped to the shipping address you have indicated upon checkout. Changes in shipping address must be done within 24 hours after your order was made. Otherwise, we won't be able to update your details nor process you a refund.

BUYING GUARANTEES

Get a full 100% refund or a replacement on the same item, or item of the same value, if item is not delivered, subjected to a case by case basis. 

In the rare circumstances where your tracking number stopped updating due to customs withholding your items, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. If for some reason your order is never released by the customs, we'll send you a replacement!

Order Tracking

The tracking information is provided as soon as the order starts its process of being prepared. The package(s) movement will start right after dispatch.
